As long the HID and halogen is housed separately in different housing, then no issue. Just take note that HID is illegal....

Hi guys i was searching for some information on white bulbs on LMC and didn't want to start a new thread so just continuing on from here:
Basically i just wanna change to bulbs that are less yellow than stock and i don't wanna convert to HID. I just have a couple of concerns which are namely that the white bulb won't have as far a throw and it blows easily.
So far, Philips crystal vision (4300K) suits my profile because i read a few reviews online that claim their bulbs provide sufficient throw and are q durable and most importantly at 4300k they are LTA friendly.
Unfortunately many other reputable brands do not offer the bulbs that match my requirements in 9006 HB4 size so i'm likely going for the philips crystal vision.
Do any of you guys know which is the cheapest place to get them? i know of Mc Well and Autobacs. Any other suggestions/good lobangs?
Oh also i read that it would be good to install a headlight relay system to preserve the life of the bulbs? Any bros here done that? good?

I think Diamond Vision is slightly better. Have you checked out PIAA bulbs?

To be exact, 4300K is not LTA friendly as the limit is 4000K. However, 4300K i think they will close one eye.
Take note that these halogen white bulbs are usually not bright enough and the throw is not very far compared to your stock yellow bulbs. So make sure you make good use of your fog lights during rainy days.

and for the HIDs all you have to do is find the bulb size thats run in the fogs, im not sure what size it is off the top of my head, but then just buy a plug and play kit that is for that bulb size, put it in and shizzammm HID fogs
hope this helps man
