I gt an accident abt 2mth back . I feel some pain in the evening n when to see doctor was issue wif 14day M.C . Den was told by mine dad n fren tat i need to report to police if i,ve any M.C . Den i was ask for investigation at T.P Station yst n i went for it after the statement the officer ask me anything else to add on ? I replied yes , n i told him tat was red light at tat time .

This is Wat he Ans to me , U say Red he Say Green , and u noe u should gv way to main rd . He also say i feel funny Y u report this case as i'll lose cus i came out from small rd to main rd . If I lose will kenna 6-9 demerit pt . Last word is we'll investigat .

I feel veri unreason to wat he say , cus will u enter a yellow box which green light is on main rd favor ? Den as to wat he say every thing go by Book Y some ppl murder need to hang n some dun need . Since go by book murder should be hang wat ..

One thing you can try is that... did the other car speed? Because, if everyone follow the speed limit, then:
1) You should able to see he's coming
2) He should be able to stop in time

Does the other car give signal so that you're not aware he's moving in?

bros, as i see in the pix. beside the black car still got another car and that one did not knock on you. i'm sure it was RED light and you are about to turn right however the black car came too fast and could not stop in time resulted knock onto you. Think*** if is GREEN light, your front and back bumper could be hit badly and your car will be turtle liao....Hope this help...

bro.. can u provide any witness(s) ? it will help in ur appeal. From what ur statment and the person statement unless he admit he cant stop intime during a RED but he insist it is GREEN light, then it be like ur words against his. Since he in the mainstream traffic, this is very disadvantage to u. but at the same time, u see light RED, u come out. correct ah.. u cant be looking left and right all the time plus seeing the traffic light on ur left mah. u have to judge the traffic on the coming lane and oppersite lane in order to turn into your way.

as for during the hit.. there another car similar to the stopping position as the blue in the picture? u mention a GREEN BUS. the picture was taken after the accident i pressume. the blue car can still travel behind ur car after accident so i dun think will be of help in the 1st picture but at least it prove something. U can argue that if it is green light, the other lane will have already hit ur car why hit on the other lane. This proven is RED LIGHT.

Approaching junction suppose to slow down right ? if he can hit and the impact can cause u to achieve 14 days MC certified by a doctor and ur car body bend inwards plus tyre flat, u can argue he been reckless (NOT SPEEDING) and assume he got right of way thus careless and cause the accident, whats more there a BUS and that bus could have already be the black car driver blindspot, he assume it is safe EVEN when the light is green, he proceed and u came out from the bus, cause it is ur blindspot too and u have to push slowly to see the traffic.
He did not slow down when approaching the junction thats for sure cause ur picture had proven that.

Hope what i type helps. Since a case is made, even despite u won in the end, the demerit may be there. But im certain that this case.. if there a bus on 1st lane and can move behind ur car after u been hit, u can appeal with higher chances to win.

As for police.. seriously.. ahh when i need help, they normally arrive 45mins later.. for investigation case.. they got too many on hand to really bother. might as well follow the book in their case. so.. dunbother them..

call one day ask for outcome 1st. normally takes months..
i think that will give u an idea on wat to expect and plan. :)
