Replacing blown out headlights

Hi bros,

My 2.0GT front left headlight is kaput. Where can I go to replace for original and what's the estimated damage? Must change both or just d dead one? Anyway what's the expected lifespan of an original HID bulb?

I don't feel like going back to C&C...sure kena ketuk go back there.
