I have checked through our ENV website.

For idling (stationary) vehicles with engine running > 5 minutes, we can
prosecute offenders under the Environmental Pollution Control (Air
Impurities) Regulations, 2000. This Act came into force on 1 Jan 2001. It
has replaced the Clean Air (Standards) Regulations, which had been in force
since 1978.

Environmental Pollution Control (Air Impurities) Regulations, 2000
Substance trade, industry, fuel burning transmission limits
equipment or industrial plant

any idling with 5 min or more will get you a summon of $200
