Main Service Centre or Satellite Service Centre?

Hi Bros, need advise cos my 1k servicing coming up...any recommendation which service centre should I go? Whats the diff btw both? Thanks!

wahh.. dont go to those satellite stations.. every time not enuff manpower.. this cannot that cannot..

i went to thomson to service and fix my seat belt.. they finish up the 3hour servicing then tell me seat belt cannot fix must go to alexandra or pandan garden one..

lousy la .. then when i make booking for alexandra... (1week) the advisor lamented why the satellite station never help me to book or check whether the part available..

there goes another 2 weeks.. the nice advisor finally call me to say the part is shipped in..

satellite stations they just wanna do servicing only.. haiz..

so if u got no problems to want the workshop to fix.. its ok if u wanna go satellite.. but i still recommend u to go HQ.. at least more manpower ...

Bro is the servicing free? if free then go never mind.. cos i got mine GLX got 4 servicing free!! even mineral or workman also no need to pay, thats y i go. Now the 4 free is finished.. I WOULD BOTHER TO GO BACK AGAIN...know y? Cos IT SUckS loR....kekekeke

I brought my cars second hand use for nine month service through CNC...bUT I WANT TO MOD MY CARS...the time i take over i never visit CNC till noe... Kekekeke....

But first 1k servicing is not free

i dont like to complain.. coz i find it useless.. haa.. like they forget to screw back my interior door handle cover the last time i went there to warranty.. if complain i will have to make a phone call and wait .. and listen to their cock stories and apologies.. i screw it back myself.. 5mins.. haaa.. :D

Felt that Satellite stations are better than Pandan. But dat was in the past. Now not sure.

I never do any repair but I guess better if have I want to try Alexandra. My experience with c&c workshop are

1k & 10K servicing, i do at Pandan satellite.
No problem.

5K servicing at Pandan, really test my patient.

I drive opc. put coupon & reach for the booked time at 8.30am. besides servicing i need them to fix my back seat lock as it is little bit loose & unable to lock the seat properly & also fix the gear box cover as it is loose also due to kena knock by my knees frequently.

call them at 11.30am, 1.30pm & 3.30pm, they said not ready, citing reason as the 2 additional job that may be causing delays.

Finally they SMS me 4.45 saying my car ready. Go to the counter at 4.55 to collect key, they said key not there. Finally I get my car at 5.30pm.

That was the first & last i going pandan.

i just called and booked a check and servicing as got some noise when u -turn and while driving and also vibrating steering wheel when brake at high speed.

called defu and the tech who pick up my call said he knows what is wrong and say can send down for check and repair free...... so not sure if they really know what is wrong.
