Hi all , i am getting my Lancer Ex 2.0 GT 08 next week. Was wondering if anyone could advise on the recommended type of engine and gearbox oil to be used. Browse thru the web can't seems to find any topics about it.

Do a search. Have. 2L uses different cvt oil for gearbox. Engine oil most good brands can.

Alamak. Think archive deleted liao. Check with agent. Can be bought at stockist or workshops. Use back only original mitsubishi cvt oil.

Remember for Lancer EX Gearbox old dun play play.. once used the wrong oil.. the whole gearbox gone!!!!

For engine oil, I have tried Shell and am using Castrol Edge now. Planning to try HKS and Motol 300V in the near future.

imho to avoid any problems I would go to a decent workshop to change my CVT oil eg Dynamic Mechanic, Riverview Auto, FabX etc.
