Engine is one of the most expensive component in your car, it's definitely wiser to refrain from using less recognised engine oil.

Just a little bit of knowledge on the quality systems of the automotive industry.

These is a Quality system widely practiced across the world known as ISO/TS16949:2009
This quality system is only awarded to those in the OE supply network because of the higher requirements in the OE sector. Things like the APQP and all that are required in it are not demanded by the less stringent though universal ISO9001:2008 or 2015

This means that ISO/TS16949:2009 awarded locations are sanctioned by vehicle makers giving them important specifications many shitty aftermarket brands don't have.

CASTROL is managed by BP. This BP location has the ISO/TS16949:2009 certification

BREMBO is a member of the OE supply chain network with renown quality and engineering

Bilstein is a member of the OE supply chain network with renown quality and engineering

KYB Malaysia is a member of the OE supply chain network with renown quality and engineering

now... where is this schnell? BC? API? AHP Auto Solution? Maybe someone can enlighten?
